Consultation and Site Survey
The initial stage begins with listening to your needs. We conduct a field survey to take precise measurements, check the condition of the existing structure, and discuss the desired renovation or ceiling design concept.

Planning and Cost Estimate Offering
Based on the survey results, we prepare a transparent cost estimate (RAB) and a work schedule (Timeline). We ensure material selection meets the agreed budget and quality standards.

Pay and Monitor
Our team of experts begins work on the project under strict supervision. This phase includes demolition if necessary, ceiling frame installation, and major renovation work, with a focus on neatness and safety (K3).

Finishing and Quality Control
After construction is complete, we perform the finishing and cleanup phase of the work area. We conduct a detailed inspection to ensure there are no defects and that all specifications meet company standards.

Final Inspection and Handover
We invite clients to conduct a joint final inspection of all work. Once all work is deemed appropriate and approved by the client, the project's official handover takes place.
